From Emotionally Exhausted to Firmly Flourishing
This course is designed to create a transformative journey from feeling emotionally exhausted to firmly flourishing in your life. Through the sharing of evidence-based techniques interwoven with self-reflection, students will be able to confidently apply the strategies to their own lives. They will identify the stressors in their life, gain practical strategies to effectively address those stressors, recognize their signs and symptoms of stress along with strategies to successfully manage their stress level. They will focus on what brings them joy and create a self-care action plan tailored to them.
